How do you grade your devices?

We describe the condition honestly (e.g., “Very Good/Good/Fair”), noting any cosmetic marks. All devices are fully functional and tested.

What’s covered by the warranty?

Hardware faults that occur under normal use. Accidental damage or liquid damage isn’t covered, but we can still help with repairs.

Can you transfer my files from my old device?

Yes , we offer data transfer and can securely wipe the old machine afterwards.

Do you include chargers and accessories?

Yes, laptops ship with a compatible charger. Extras (docks, cases, monitors) are available

Can I reserve an item I saw on your eBay store?
