Sustainability & Values

What is WEEE and e-waste?
WEEE stands for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment, basically anything with a plug or battery that’s at end-of-life (computers, phones, TVs, cables, etc.). E-waste is the broader term for this stream of discarded electronics.

Why is it important to recycle my electronics?
Electronics contain valuable materials that can be recovered and reused, and some hazardous substances that shouldn’t go to landfill. Recycling reduces environmental impact, conserves resources, and helps keep data-bearing devices out of the wrong hands.

What happens to the waste you can’t repurpose?
If an item can’t be repaired or reused, we dismantle and sort it. Recyclable fractions (metals, plastics, boards) go to authorised recyclers; any remaining non-recyclable residue is handled responsibly according to WEEE rules. We always prioritise reuse first, then recycling.

What happens to devices you can’t repair or resell?
We dismantle them and recycle responsibly through our partners.

Do you believe in a circular economy?
Yes, it’s central to our mission: reuse, refurbish, recycle, repeat.

Why is sustainability important to you?
Electronic waste is one of the fastest-growing waste streams. Extending the life of tech saves money and protects the environment.
